					<description>Part of the problem is that Guiliani is running an inevitability-lite campaign.  The dynamic of the campaign has assumed that Giuliani will either win the nomination, or be one of the last two or three contenders.  No Guiliani people have ever had any reason to flirt with anyone else.  I think the other candidates would sort themselves out better if they had to compete for Giuliani's support.</description>
